Start with the application and the product form you need. Thermal-spray wire enquiries should identify the coating process and feedstock designation. Refractory-metal requirements may concern wire, rod or a component made to a drawing. Specialty alloy enquiries should include the exact composition or governing material standard, together with dimensions and supply conditions.
For molybdenum and tungsten, distinguish the intended end use before comparing dimensions. Lighting supports, heating components, wire-cutting material and spray feedstock are different requirements. A material family helps you find the relevant discussion; the agreed specification defines the product.
When you contact us, share the material, size and units, quantity and application. Include a drawing revision where relevant and identify any inspection documentation needed by your purchasing process. For development work, explain which material choices are open to discussion. For repeat supply, identify the established specification and any changes to the requirement.
