A manufacturing journey rooted in molybdenum wire, shaped by industrial needs and close technical collaboration.
1986WHERE OUR JOURNEY BEGAN
It began with a wire. And a willingness to develop.
Founded in 1986, Padmavathi's manufacturing journey began with molybdenum wire for the lighting industry. The group's experience extends across refractory metals, specialty alloy wires and components for industrial applications.
Padmavathi Industries began with molybdenum wire for lighting applications. That starting point matters: understanding a material means understanding how it is processed, how it is supplied and how it will be used.
The portfolio developed to span molybdenum, tungsten, nickel-based alloys, thermal-spray wires and custom components. The common thread is an application-led conversation, connecting a customer’s requirement to the material form and process considerations that need attention.
OUR MISSION
The right material. A responsive approach.
To supply the right material for each application, on time and with technical responsiveness, consistent quality and fair value.
We see technical discussion as part of supplying a material. Clear requirements help establish what needs to be made, which details need agreement and how the customer will assess the result.
OUR VISION
Build capability. Through collaboration.
To strengthen India's capability in specialized metals and alloys through process development and close collaboration with the industries that use them.
Our vision places particular emphasis on specialized materials used by Indian industry. Consultation, process development and close customer collaboration guide that ambition.
HOW WE WORK
A practical partnership.
Understand the requirement
Start with the application, material, dimensions and quantities. A drawing or specification gives the discussion a precise starting point.
Review the material route
Consider the product form, processing steps and inspection needs. The route varies with the material and the requirement.
Agree the details
Confirm the proposed specification and supply conditions before proceeding. Current capability and availability are established enquiry by enquiry.
YOUR NEXT MATERIAL STARTS WITH A CONVERSATION
Let’s talk specifications.
Tell us the material, diameter and application. We’ll help you discuss the next step.
